Guess I forgot I had this! My plan was to write about my australian adventures so I wouldnt have to write the same things to everyone, but until I came upon a friends link to her blog, I had completely forgotten about mine.
I just got back from new zealand, which is an absolutely amazing country and I cant wait to go back. My favorite part was climbing fox glacier in franz joseph. It was so beautiful I never wanted to climb down. Lack of food sources and the cold air eventually coaxed me off, but I'd climb it again in a heartbeat. also, our tour guide was remarkably similar to Pat, and he had a twin. Strange how he didnt remind me of Steven too. He got a little crazy after eating too much sugar at lunch, and started hacking away at ice for no reason with a crazed look on his face. Emily and I just shrugged and hoped it was okay we were trusting him with our lives.
The only bad part of the day was that i forgot my camera battery in teh van. typical of me, i had charged it up the night before in anticipation of some beautiful scenery, and once i got off the bus that had taken us too far from backpacker to go back, realized my camera was a little lighter than usual. luckily, there were 5 other cameras taking snapshots of pretty much every minute of the journey.
there was also beautiful fall colors, some sheep shit, bonfires, BBQ's, bungee jumping, sky diving (not by me), mens toilets, gambling, and many other stories to be told, but they will all wait for another day....probably never in reality.

Today is not my week
All I want to do is sleep.
And have a little fun before I die...
I feel like all week ive been running around, fulfilling all my commitments, all the while not getting ANY sleep. It's my own fault for being involved in too much stuff, but boy---life is tough (relatively)
a post-view of my week
Monday I got up at 7, ran, showered, went to class, then PIS, then flag football, home for about 2 hours, then broomball til 12:40
RIDICULOUS!
the only free time i had was the 10-15 minutes between activities which was alloted for transportation.
